I
Curated
Sublime Comporta has never sold houses.
Sixty-eight hectares of stone pine, cork oak and wild dune. An hour from a European capital.
In 2017 it admitted a small number of owners into the original estate Terracota, and closed the register at twenty-two.
Not a development. A membership.
The register has stayed closed. The houses haven't moved.

II
Upward gravity
Launched at rates Comporta had never seen.
Then Sem Porta. Canalha. Food Circle. Davvero. Beefbar. The spa. The courts. The gardens.
Each addition raised the ceiling.
Today, a two-bedroom villa runs at €4,000 a night in high season. The calendar closes anyway.
Others have arrived in the region since. Some with well-known names above the door.
Sublime rates kept moving upwards, occupancy followed.

III
One of the twenty-two
Today, one membership position is at reach.
A Two bedrooms villa, a guest suite below. 221 sqm built, on 3,904 sqm plot south-west facing.
Sited for real privacy - most of its peers sit within one another's sightlines. This one keeps its own horizon.
Canalha, the yoga pavilion, the courts, the organic garden. All on foot.
Refreshed throughout this season: furniture, decor, pool deck, sunbeds, alfresco dining, outdoor materials. Back to its brand new condition.
